    Could you please send me more information regarding Skaha Vista…when will it be built, are you pre-selling, etc.

    Skaha Vista is an approved project that is for sale. Once the developer buys the project, it will be up to him to figure out the building schedule. Thus, if you know anyone that is interested in buying and building the mixed high density project, pass along the website. Hope that answers your question :)

    Correct, the project comes with a development and building permit.
