is the 3.9M for the whole project? Are there any leases in place for the retail bays? What will the apartments be selling for? Is there anything else like this in Penticton?

Are there any leases in place for the retail bays? There are no leases as the project is currently for sale.
What will the apartments be selling for? That will be up to the developer.
Is there anything else like this in Penticton? There are two towers on Okanagan Lake but the amenities and architecture are not comparable.
